Wavesync
Repeater installation and network synchronization
Wavesync is designed to facilitate network deployment by providing field agents with a dedicated tool to synchronize Wavetalk 2 range-extending repeaters with cellular/Ethernet gateways. Using Wavesync to establish the network backbone in this manner greatly facilitates the subsequent addition of large numbers of Wavenis end-points (i.e. connected to utility meters).
Wavesync runs on a standard Windows Mobile® handheld computer, either with an integrated Wavenis Waveport Compact Flash card or with Bluetooth, via the Wavenis Bluetooth Beltbox, depending on the configuration that works best for you.
This application is generally used in conjunction with Wavenet Manager, either running locally at your location or as a hosted ASP application running at a remote location.
